Change is coming and we are excited to tell you about it! For the past 15 years our patients have been earning tokens for good hygiene, no broken appliances and a variety of other things and that was good. Now we have something better! Welcome to the new Fey & Grey ‘Patient Rewards’!
Starting Monday January 6th, 2014 patients will earn reward points rather than tokens for all the things they could before and more! Your existing tokens will be converted to points (don’t worry, your points will have the same value as your tokens) and you will be issued a rewards card with a username and password.
There are other cool features on the Patient Rewards Hub. You will be able to use your username and password information to access a special patient rewards hub where you will be able to customize your own personal page, keep up with happenings at Fey & Grey, play games, enter contests and redeem your points for gift cards! And unlike our current gift card selection, the rewards hub has more than 50 great merchant cards to choose from!
