Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. We strive to keep financial considerations from becoming an obstacle to obtaining this important service. With this in mind, we offer multiple payment options for your orthodontic needs. We are confident we have a payment plan that will work for you.
Orthodontic treatment fees are as unique as the patients we treat, no one person's needs are the same as the next. While we are unable to provide detail on treatment fees prior to an office exam, we hope this information will help answer any questions regarding payment of these fees. The fee for records taken for diagnostic purposes is separate and is not included in patients' treatment fee.
-
*Payment in full (cash, check, VISA or MasterCard) at the start of treatment—this option offers a 5% savings off your balance due.
-
*Office payment plan - this plan calls for approximately 25% of the treatment due as initial payment with the balance payable over the length of treatment. Monthly payments are automatically drafted from the account of your choice on the date of your choice. We offer this plan at no interest as a courtesy to our patients.
-
*No initial payment is available through a private company that finances orthodontic treatment. Monthly payments are arranged with an outside company prior to the start of treatment. Confidential service by phone (800) 637-3393 or online at their secure Web site, www.feeplan.com.
*Payment options are figured on treatment fee balance following insurance deduction. Initial payment is due at the time of appliance placement.
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept assignment of insurance and will manage the billing of claims and the payment of benefits. Insurance carriers do not pay orthodontic benefits up front but make payment over time as the treatment progresses. We will make every attempt to quote the correct benefit available towards your orthodontic care. If for any reason your insurance carrier does not pay the estimated amount, it becomes your sole responsibility. If making payments, your monthly account would be increased to compensate for any difference.
